You have 30 days from purchase to return your lock for a refund—no stress, no hassle.

- Changed your mind? Return any unused lock in its original packaging for a full refund
- Already tested or installed it? No problem—returns are still accepted, with a small 20% restocking fee

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected

- If your lock arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund

- Eligibility: Refunds are accepted for deadbolt locks within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be returned in a like-new and resalable condition.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers the cost of disassembling, inspecting, and testing each lock for resale approval.
- Non-refundable Items: All Lightning Bolt Lock Pin products are non-refundable.
- Return Authorization: Thunderbolt Locks must pre-authorize all returns via email and provide a return number to the customer.
