At Thunderbolt Locks, our unwavering commitment is to deliver the highest-quality locks. We take immense pride in the locks we design, build, and sell and firmly believe that all our locks meet the highest standards. This dedication to quality should instill confidence in our customers, who can trust that they are purchasing a reliable product.

One-Year Limited Warranty: (Included)

We provide a one-year warranty for our electronic deadbolt locks, covering any defects in materials and craftsmanship, provided the lock was correctly installed and used according to our instructions, but excluding water damage. The warranty includes coverage of lock parts such as the actuator, cables, fittings, and circuit boards. If any part of the lock breaks, is defective or stops working, return the specific part to us, and we will promptly replace it, making the process as convenient as possible for you. Under all warranties you are responsible for the return the parts and the shipping costs to us, but we will cover the shipping of the replacement parts. If you would like our technicians to completely rebuild your lock, ship it to us, and we will rebuild it using all new and upgraded parts for a $75 fee. The one-year warranty does not cover Thunderbolt® key fobs, but they are covered in the extended lifetime warranty.

Upgrade to Lifetime Warranty:

Our lifetime warranty is designed to provide the original owner with complete peace of mind by extending the original one-year coverage to a lifetime and offering several additional benefits, including:

1. Extended Coverage: Extends the duration of protection to the original owner for life in the originally installed vehicle.
2. Enhanced Services: Enjoy additional services such as phone or FaceTime support, expedited repairs, and access to specialized technical assistance.
3. Access to Improvements: Receive any new upgrades and improvements available when we ship you replacement parts.
4. Rebuild or Replace: This includes our lock rebuild service at no additional cost; a $75 value. You can choose to receive replacement parts or ship the lock to our factory for a complete rebuild. The rebuild includes a thorough inspection of all necessary parts, upgrading to any new parts, final testing, and shipping the locks back to you. If we can't rebuild the lock for any reason, we will replace it with a brand-new one.
5. Key Fobs: Includes the Thunderbolt® key fobs from the M2 model locks.
6. Peace of Mind: With an upgraded lifetime warranty, you can be confident that your locks are safeguarded against unexpected issues, parts costs, shipping fees, and repair or rebuild expenses.
7. New Emblem Plates: If your Thunderbolt® emblem plates ever break, fade, or look worn, we will send you new replacements. One new emblem set per year for life.
