Warranty: This alarm padlock comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, which includes coverage for the batteries.

Water Damage: Our locks are built tough, but like any mechanical device, water getting inside can cause internal damage over time. To help extend the life of your lock, we recommend using a cover or shield to protect it from direct rain and moisture.

Performance in Cold Temperatures: Please be aware that the padlock and/or the alarm may not function at full capacity, or at all, in freezing temperatures. We recommend lubricating the key cylinder periodically.
