M1 Lock Kit for Work Vans (Side + Rear Cargo Doors)

They sent exactly what I needed in the box and you need to tell them what you want because there’s a lot of variations I watch a YouTube videos which were awesome and put my locks in flawlessly. I followed everything. They said I even installed the Lock conversion relays because they recommended it. I also put a disconnect switch so that I can shut off my thunderbolts when I get my van serviced meaning that if you have a bulkhead with a door and a secure lock, you can go through that disconnect the thunderbolt, then go through the cargo door lock it and your contents are safe Overall, great experience from Thunderball company. They really take care of their customers.

Incredible product. I would highly recommend this Lock. customer service was top-notch. A1 service. Installation instructions are very good and detailed. I had some wiring questions. I called them on Saturday and they answered the phone. They went out of their way and did everything they could to help me get the locks up and running. They went above and beyond any service expectations I would expect from a company with sales and service. I tell everyone I know about them. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to install once I figured out the OEM lock wires I needed to connect to the thunderbolt locks. The Youtube videos were very helpful also.

Nice product, well thought out design. Install was straight forward. Biggest headache was figuring out the wire taps on the side door.

After learning that my Ford Transit 250 was able to be compromised just from someone breaking the small front window and hitting "unlock", stealing thousands of dollars of tools, it gave me an uneasy feeling each night. I looked up different secondary van locks. It didn't take me long to find thunderbolt locks. After calling to see which locks were best suited for me, I left a voicemail and 10 minutes later John called me back, 10 minutes after that I had the M1 kit w/ (2) conversion kits on the way to my house. Install for both door locks and conversion kits were very straight foward. The only problem i had was my transit came with the speaker in the back making it a little more difficult to position the back door mechanism. I found the only way is to cut the bracket in 4 seperate pieces and bend each one to the best position. After all was installed and on the same lock/unlock button of my van key, I now have not a single worry at night. Worth every bit I paid for it!! Thanks John!!
