Instructions were clear, and the kit included ALMOST everything we needed. The lock pin is very long, and requires a high degree of precision of drilling the corridor through multiple stages and pieces of metal. As a newb, I was a little off on my alignment drilling from the outside, and I had to use a small cylinder file to add a little extra clearance on the inside corridor. I also misunderstood using the KEY to tighten the anchor into place, and used the anchor WITH THE PIN in it, instead of just placing the key directly into the anchor. This required quite a bit of torque (due to the aforementioned alignment issue) and I twisted my key out of shape. After a bit of hacksawing, I now have a mostly functional but 4mm shorter key.

Great kit, everything you'll need for the install. Definitely worth it.
