Shipping Policy for Thunderbolt Locks, Inc.

1. Shipping Destinations • International Orders • Tariffs & Customs Fees
Thunderbolt Locks, Inc. ships products to customers within the United States and Internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Thunderbolt Locks ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local customs authority.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost charged by Thunderbolt Locks and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.
Thunderbolt Locks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees or import duties.
Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for information regarding potential charges before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are processed in the order they are received. You have an option to prioritize your order and move it to the top of the production queue.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If there are any restrictions on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Thunderbolt Locks, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you to the best of our ability.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Thunderbolt Locks, Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any costs involved with reshipping, returns or changes are the responsibility of the customer.
