Return Policy for Thunderbolt Locks

• Eligibility: Refunds are accepted for deadbolt locks within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be returned in a like-new and resalable condition.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied. This fee covers the cost of disassembling, inspecting, and testing each lock for resale approval.
• Non-refundable Items: All Lightning Bolt Lock Pin products are non-refundable.
• Return Authorization: Thunderbolt Locks must pre-authorize all returns via email and provide a return number to the customer.
• Liability: Thunderbolt Locks will not be responsible for lost or stolen products in transit during returns. We suggest get a tracking number and signature upon delivery.
