Returns

Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the customer is responsible for shipping and returning the items in a like-new and resalable condition. There is a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping and returning the items in like-new condition. The restocking fee is assessed as each lock must be disassembled, inspected, and tested for resale approval.

Thunderbolt Locks must pre-authorize all returns by email with a return number provided to the customer. Thunderbolt Locks will not be responsible for lost or stolen products in transit for returns. 

Our Warranty

At Thunderbolt Locks, we are committed to delivering the highest quality locks. We take pride in the locks we design, build, and sell, and we believe that all of our locks are of the highest quality. That's why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on the locks for the original owner. This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship as long as the lock was correctly installed based on our instructions. Additionally, it covers lock parts that may have gone bad, including the actuator, but not key fobs, fuses, or circuit boards. If any part of the lock breaks, is defective or stops working, return the specific part to us, and we will gladly replace it. We need you to cover the shipping to us, but we will cover the shipping back to you.
